It's easily the best ghee available in the market. We, at home traditionally used to prepare ghee from Aavin butter (cream) by following the ritualistic procedures. As Aavin butter is totally unavailable, I purchased pure cow's ghee. This is no doubt a very good quality ghee with a wonderful aroma. Though the pricing is a bit on higher side, the taste is very good.
